We start with a bed of crispy tater ta-ta's, shredded cheese & scrambled eggs, then add your choice of breakfast protein (bacon, sausage, Canadian bacon, vegetarian refried black beans) and smother it in pork green chili, vegetarian green chili or house-made queso. It's kinda like the breakfast burrito, but she just never quite got her life together enough to land a tortilla.
Add house-made guac and cilantro crema for a lil' extra!
